We endeavor, at all times, to be a caring, efficient and approachable practice. We will provide the best care and attention possible for you and your pets. If our service falls below your high expectations, please speak to our Clinical Lead, who will investigate and get back to you as soon as possible.
Fees and Terms
Our terms of business for all small animal work (pets) are: payment at the time of your consultation or on collection of your pet, post-operation. We accept cash, cheques and debit and credit card payments. If you are concerned about the cost of treatment please discuss with a member of staff beforehand.
The Perth surgery is open from 8.30am until 7.00pm Monday to Friday for surgery and consultations and from 9am until 12pm on Saturday for consultations. We can deal with all enquiries during these times**.
We endeavour to see you on the day you call to book your appointment or at your later convenience.
We use an appointment system to ensure you have adequate time to discuss your pet’s healthcare needs and treatment plans with the veterinary surgeon and to minimise your waiting time.

These branches are staffed by our vets only; they consult within the consultation times listed below based on client demand, therefore if you are collecting medication from either Scone or Auchterarder it is always best to telephone in advance to check that the surgery will be open when you go.
When ordering products over the telephone to be collected at Scone or Auchterarder, we request payment at the time of ordering.
This is very important to us, because asking our vets to take payment at the branch when you collect the products delays our consulting vets significantly and most importantly inconveniences other clients who are waiting to be seen.
REPEAT PRESCRIPTION ORDERING
Please call our Perth surgery if you wish to order a repeat prescription. We need 24-48 hours notice to check and sign off your prescription, so please make your request in good time. If we have not seen your pet for a while please note we may ask you to bring them in for a check up before supplying medication.
